Tredington Wills, LDS Film #0994262 - In the name of God Amen, I William Edon otherwise Eddon freeholder of Dascott otherwise Darlingscott in the County of Worcester, Yeoman, being of perfect health, mind, memory...dispose of in manner following... I give and devise all those my two lots of land and one quarter of a yard of arable land, meadows and pasture with ________ and being in Dascot otherwise Darlingscott aforesaid... unto my beloved wife Martha for as many years and until William Edon the younger my son shall attain the full age of 21 years. Portion of 150 pounds to my daughter Margaret (whom I have left unprovided for) and also for breeding up of my said son & daughter. And after my said son shall attain his full age I give the said two yard lands and one quarter of a yard land with appurtenances unto my said son, his heirs and assignees... Item, other 2 yards land of arable land, meadows and pastures with appurtenances lying and being in Dascott otherwise Darlingscott aforesaid whereof I likewise possessed... to the said Martha my wife... After her deceased... unto my said son William Edon other Eddon the younger his heirs and assignees... Item... land with appurtenances lying and being in Longdon... formerly purchased of one Edward Gibbs by my father, I will and devise the said land... unto my son William... I make, constitute, her the said Martha, full and sole Executrix of this my last will... I give to my daughters Jane, Joane & Martha 5 shillings a pieces and give to the poor of the parish of Tredington in the County of Worcester the sum of 40 shillings.
