Morgan County, Ohio, Administrations, Volume A, page 57, Administration of Wm Foreacre deceased. Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Foreaker and John M Reed as principals and Levi Deaver and Wm Bennett as sureties are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio in the full sum of six hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents, seals with our seals and dated this 19th day of April A D 1834. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Morgan in said State at a special session by them held this day as the Court house in McConnelsville have granted to the above bound Joseph Foreacres and John M Reed letters of Administration on the Estate of Wm Foreacre of York Township in said County. Now if the said Foreacre and Reed shall faithfully perform all the duties required of them as such administrators agreeably to law then the above obligation to be void and of no effect else to remain in full force and virtue in law. Know all men by these presents that we Louisa Foreaker and James W Moody as principals and Reuben Deaver and Levi Deaver as securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Ohio in the sum of six hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 19th day of April A D 1934. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of the County of Morgan in the said State, who were convened at the Court house have this 19th day of April 1834 granted to the above bound Louisa Foreaker and James W Moody letters of Administration on the Estate of Wm Foreaker Junr deceased late of York Township in said county. Now if the said Louisa Foreaker and James W Moody shall faithfully perform all and singular the duties required of them as such administrators agreeably to law then the above obligation to be void and of no effect else to remain in full force and virtue in law. The deed covered 400 acres and each of the above signed as to an undivided 1/8 interest.

William married Sara Johnston in 1797 in Pennsylvania. Sara was born in 1773 in Delaware. She died about 1862 in Deavertown, Morgan County, Ohio.
